We accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which is available on our app.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ozi Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the app or your breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

FIRST 50 offer is valid only on the first order placed by a new user.
A minimum cart value of INR 500 is required to avail the discount.
Maximum discount applicable is up to INR 500.
In case of order cancellation, you will not be eligible for the discount on your next order.
The offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
In case of returns, the refund will be processed only for the amount paid by the customer after discount.
The offer is applicable only once per user/account.
The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
